  While we were out of town our next door neighbor' had their home painted.  When we returned the following week, we noticed a lot of paint splotches on the side... read more of our home, on a concrete walkway and on one of our new screens.  The walkway didn't concern us as we planned to paint it anyway; the screen too was not really an issue.  The house was!  Our famous delta breezes caused the paint to fly!  We later learned that both the painter AND our neighbor tried to contact us to let us know that this happened.  We called Jerry Linscheid who politely and emphatically indicated that he "wanted to make it right"!  He certainly did and very quickly too!  We provided the house paint (left over from when the job had previously been   done) and he purchased the exact color concrete paint for the walkway.  It was a pleasure dealing with such an honest, friendly and efficient businessman.  We will definitely remember him the next time we need a painting contractor.  Hats off to Jerry's Painting!
